A safer way to build strength utilizing Fitness // Yoga // Meditation


Jenna and I started working together in Nov 2021. She quickly assessed what I was looking for and we set out meeting twice a week for close to three months. She offers the right balance of energy and calm.



I have difficulties being comfortable and fully relaxed in some classes. Jenna creates an atmosphere that is fun, non-judgemental and supportive that gives me the space to relax and train comfortably. I always look forward to practicing with her as it is fun and never feels like a chore.
