Why Hybrid

Over the years I’ve witnessed too many injuries in typical fitness and yoga classes. Whether the class moved too quickly, or it was too big or too difficult to understand what the instructor was instructing us to do. I noticed a gap and I noticed a spike in anxiety. With my 20+ years of coaching gymnastics, teaching yoga and fitness, I created a program that has blending it all together, aiming to reduce anxiety, calm the nervous system, strengthen the body and enhance the mind.
